One of our favorite kinds of sessions is an on-location corporate headshot session — when we bring the studio setup to a company's own office and photograph the whole team on-site, in one sitting, without anyone needing to leave work. Recently, we had the pleasure of working as an on-site headshot photographer for the team at All County Exteriors, and it's a good example of what team headshots on location with TAP actually look like.

Bringing the setup to them

Rather than having the team come to our Brielle studio, we traveled to All County Exteriors' place of business and set up professional lighting and a clean, consistent backdrop right on-site. That meant zero downtime for the team — no one had to drive anywhere or block out a chunk of their day away from the office. Why consistency still matters on location

Setting up on-site doesn't mean cutting corners. We controlled the lighting and background carefully so every employee's headshot matched — same tone, same framing, same feel — just as it would in a studio. What the on-location session looked like

Each team member had their own few minutes in front of the camera, with quick guidance on posture, angle, and expression to help even the most camera-shy employees relax and look natural. We kept the pace efficient so the whole team could get through the session without disrupting business — a priority for any company scheduling a group headshot photographer to come to them.

The result

The final images gave All County Exteriors a bank of professional, on-brand headshots they can use across their website, business cards, and marketing — with every employee represented consistently and well, all without anyone leaving the office.
