February 28th is the last day of the month and in my mind the last day of winter. Family beach portrait season is that much closer. (we usually start in May) March may have bad weather but it will only get warmer as the month goes on.  That being said there are a bunch of Holidays today.  Here is small list of Daily Holidays that fall on February 28.  The inlcude
