Inlet painting

It was practically 60 degrees today, days like today make me feel like I will be creating beach portraits sooner rather than later lol.  Here is a copy of a painting I created.  I took the reference photo one night on the way back the my studio in Brielle after completing a beach portrait session.  This is the little inlet next to the Glimmer Glass bridge that crosses the water from Brielle to Manasquan on the way to the beach.  It was a pretty night, the sunset was breathtaking that night and I knew I had to paint it.
